About Black Horse Design
Carmon Deyo & Mike Dibble live in a yurt they built, located in the mountains of northeastern New Mexico. They share their lives with four adopted mustangs, one domestic horse, three  greyhounds and two cats who all inspire much of their jewelry.
Bird Jewelry
Swans, Ravens, Wrens and Rain Crows, the birds of ancient Celtic legends and of the American south have their stories told in contemporary jewelry designs.
Cat Jewelry
A sweet cat named Silverado started it all with the first Round Cat design. Now there are two new cat designs offered in 2006 created with Nicodemus and Fionna in mind.
Celtic Jewelry
The stories of an Irish immigrant grandfather led to a lifelong interest in Celtic legend and lore resulting in a series of jewelry designs that illustrate the old stories with new images combined with traditional symbols.
Greyhound Jewelry
Our own adopted greyhounds inspired these jewelry designs. Each year more pieces have been added to create a series that touch both the beauty and history of the breed.
Horse Jewelry
A lifetime passion for horses has created a unique line of jewelry inspired both by legend and special equines whose stories deserve to be told.
Sighthound Jewelry
The rich history of ancient Irish Wolfhounds, Scottish Deerhounds, Borzoi and Salukis are all represented in the Black Horse Design sighthound series.
Cave Art Jewelry
More than 30,000 years ago, ancient artists created powerful images on stone that still inspire awe and wonder and have in turn, inspired this series of designs.

Marjory and I would like to thank everyone who supported Black Horse Design since our reopening with numerous orders and large amounts of patience! After being closed for a year due to health reasons, it meant so much to receive your good wishes.

What many people don't realize is that each piece of our jewelry is completely handmade and finished at the time the order is received. None of our jewelry is mass produced or purchased from another source which means you are buying a piece of jewelry made with personal attention to quality and detail. It also means that we seldom have jewelry available to ship immediately like resellers do. Orders are currently taking 2 to 3 weeks to ship from time of receipt.

We know orders took longer than usual as Marjory learned the processes necessary to finish large volumes of jewelry and to organize packing and shipping. We truly appreciated your patience and understanding during this period of transition. Without Marjory, Black Horse Design would not have been able to reopen since I can no longer make jewelry due to permanent nerve damage. I am extremely grateful to Marjory for her commitment to producing our jewelry to the same Black Horse Design standards that everyone is accustomed to.

Our best wishes to you all and our hopes for a peaceful holiday season and a very happy new year!
