Back up and running!
We have caught back up on orders and are in the process of putting new systems in place that should keep us from getting behind again. I'm restoring order buttons as fast as I can but I've discovered putting them back up is a lot slower than taking them down! My sincere appreciation for your patience as we work through production issues.
We should be casting again soon and I am also working on a 'Last Chance' page where the odds and ends items from retired designs will be offered as a final opportunity to get a piece of a particular design set. Watch here for more information!
Many people don't realize that each piece of Black Horse Design jewelry is completely handmade and finished at the time the order is received. None of our jewelry is mass produced or purchased from another source which means you are buying a piece of jewelry made with personal attention to quality and detail. It also means that we seldom have jewelry available to ship immediately like resellers do.
Please allow 2 - 3 weeks from the time your order is placed for it to be shipped via Priority Mail. If you have a time sensitive order, please contact Marjory at 484-480-5854 or email her at bhd.east@gmail.com to see if expedited finishing and shipping are possible to meet your deadline.
